Yes this is real. This is the ad campaign by LV for his shoes that he designed for them. That is his chick Amber Rose in the picture as well. I dont know this is quite a lame ad campaign the other 2 pics leaked are him just sitting down....His shoes for LV look like they are from the Hugh Hefner line of slippers by the way.
