Duck Sauce x Fool's Gold Toy

You’re looking at exclusive pictures of the new Fool’s Gold toy, the official rubber duck mascot of “Duck Sauce”, which is a musical side project featuring Canadian turntablist A-Trak and DJ Armand Van Helden. Manufactured by Celebriducks, the varsity jacket clad toy was designed by Fool’s Gold art director, Dust La Rock who also created the packaging, The Ducks are limited to just 1,000 pieces and are set to release later this month, starting with Colette, Kid Robot and Turntable Lab.

Serato & A-Trak Team Up

Game-changers Serato and their Whitelabel.net music label have given a fitting tribute to DJ A-Trak, gifting him the very first run of custom picture disks on their label. The innovative concept has a dual purpose, the Dust La Rock-designed “Mr. A” graphical side plays Say Whoa while the other side serves as a Serato control disk. The disk was based on DJ A-Trak’s album with Nike+, Running Man: Nike+ Original Run which dropped back in late August of 2008. 1,000 promotional disks were pressed.

A-Trak is the man behind the label Fools Gold. He is a known DJ around the world thanks to his incredible DJ skills, and his touring with Kanye West. He is also the youngest DJ ever to win the DMC championships. His talents arent only behind the decks. He has been recently remixing and producing bomb after bomb and is featured in any DJs set nowadays.
